Keith Caldwell has been named Bachelor of Arts in Social Work program director. Caldwell previously was the Director of Career Services and Alumni Affairs for the School of Social Work, with teaching responsibilities in both the BASW and MSW programs. He has worked for several human service organizations including North Hills Community Outreach, the Allegheny County Department of Human Services’ Office of Behavioral Health and the Hispanic Center, Inc. Caldwell also previously was an adjunct faculty member of the Pitt social work school and a member of the Pitt Alumni Association Board of Directors. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Just Harvest and on the Commission for the Program to Aid Citizen Enterprise. His areas of interest including nonprofit management, community practice and cultural competency.
