Spirit Run 5K and 1 Mile Fun Walk

This year, participants in the Emmaus Spirit Run may participate either in-person OR virtually!
Virtual runners may participate in the time and place of their choosing, anytime between 10/22/22 and Halloween! For in-person participants, Same Day Registration begins at 7:30am on 10/29/22! Runners will start at 9 am, walkers will start at 9:15 am.
