CWEB Informational Video

The recruitment and retention of public child welfare professionals is recognized as a national priority.  Research and evaluation findings show that a professional social work education can reduce turnover, improve services, and increase the effectiveness of the child welfare system.  The Child Welfare Education for Baccalaureates (CWEB) program is designed to address child welfare workforce development in Pennsylvania.  Senior social work majors attending 15 undergraduate universities across the state are eligible to participate.
