Biography

Deborah Robinson, MSW, LSW, is a Field Education Coordinator & the Director of the Home and School Visitor Program. She holds a graduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a BFA in painting from Seton Hill University.  Prior to joining Pitt, Ms. Robinson worked as the Administrator of Behavioral Health & Social Services at Alma Illery Medical Center, a federally qualified health center where she served the uninsured and underinsured for over 20 years. Ms. Robinson has functioned as adjunct faculty since 2006 and was a Field Instructor for 15 years. Outside of the university, she has participated in the UPMC Intermediation Program since 2005 & in June 2016 accepted a board appointment at Turtle Creek Valley Mental Health/Mental Retardation, Inc.
