SSW Dean Larry Davis hosted a "Friends of the Center" reception at his home on Tuesday, September 16th, which included a visit from special guest James Jackson, a professor of psychology at the University of Michigan, as well as Tom VanKirk, Mary Page, Mark Nordenberg, Loren Roth, Greg Spencer, James Huguley, Alison Huguley, Kim Armstrong, John Wilds, Esther Bush, Lenny McAllister, Austin Davis, Ed and Dottie Sites, Marlo Perry, Lynn Coghill, Cecily Davis, and Amy Ambuske DeGurian.  Guests discussed the intersection of race and gender and its impact on the community.  Read more in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
