COSA Chair appointed to County Board

COSA Chair and Continuing Education Director Tracy Soska was appointed to the Homeless Alliance Advisory Board. The Board assists in reviewing public policy, programs, activities, data and all other efforts that will eliminate homelessness and improve the well-being of homeless persons and families.
