BASW Alum uses innovative approach to help the homeless

BASW Alum, and Outstanding Alumni recipient, Charles Chapman's work at L.I.V.I.N.G. Ministry helps the homeless one step at a time. The ministry's intense, six-month Project L.I.F.E. discipleship program for the homeless includes taking part in a Pittsburgh Marathon relay.
