Women Against Abusive Relationships are holding a workshop for domestic violence survivors March 26th and these events often need childcare because women who have been abused and are currently in transitional housing programs often don't have access otherwise.
The event is not open to the public, but those who are interested in volunteering to provide childcare for the event should have availability for Thursday, March 26th from 11am-2pm and have access to reliable transportation in addition to clearances for working with children. For safety reasons given the demographic they work with, they will be releasing the location to select individuals that have been selected to be volunteers only after they've been vetted.
