A father of two, James Huguley said he takes time to remind his children of their legacy and resilience as a young Black man and woman. It’s empowering, he told the 200-plus attendees of Thursday’s Black Mental Health Summit, to recognize what has historically been done to Black people and “who we still became.” Dr. Huguley, the conference’s keynote speaker and an associate professor at Pitt's School of Social Work, said “is the greatness that lies within you.” Read more in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
