This brief is based upon a study conducted by the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work. Foster parents and educators were interviewed about the impact of covid-19 on youth in foster care and foster parents, and a scoping review of the research was conducted. This study is funded by the University of Pittsburgh Momentum Funds, 2021.
