MSW 2020 graduate Cindy Vicente won the Center on Race and Social Problems student paper award for their paper “Cuba y el Colorismo: El Socialismo es un Sueño Fallido de Equidad.” The essay provided an outstanding analysis of the issues of colorism and equity in Cuba.
