Child Welfare Appreciation Week

As part of Child Welfare Worker Appreciation Week, September 12-16, 2022, NCWWI and the Children’s Bureau are hosting a one-hour virtual recognition event on Tuesday, September 13 at 3:00 pm EDT. This event is about taking time to reflect, connect (with their mission and each other), and recharge.

This year the emcees are Carissa O’Dell, Evan Tansey, and Brittany Candioto. They are NCWWI traineeship students and alumni of the University of Oklahoma and team members at The Muscogee Nation Indian Child Welfare Program.
