Dear Continuing Education Community Partners,
Given the evolving circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, the University of Pittsburgh is taking precautionary measures in order to avoid the spread of the coronavirus. As part of these measures, University of Pittsburgh staff have been asked to work remotely to lessen the number of employees on campus. Therefore, the office of continuing education has begun working remotely as of March 17 and our physical office in the Cathedral of Learning is closed.
However, we know how important all of your work is and we want to continue to support your trainings and events, especially as many of them have gone virtual at this time. In order for us to continue to support you, all of our processes MUST be done electronically starting March 19, 2020. In order to apply for co-sponsorship of trainings you must use our new co-sponsorship application and letter of agreement form and submit all follow-up paperwork after your training via our new CE paperwork submission form. These forms can also both be found embedded in our partnership and co-sponsorship page.
During this time, check payments will no longer be able to be processed, so all payments for CEUs will need to be paid via credit card over the phone to Shana Stein at 412-360-8190. Please note that no certificates will be issued until the post-training materials have been submitted and a payment has been made. Certificates will be emailed to attendees during our time working remotely so please be sure to submit email addresses for all attendees requesting a CE certificate.
