Pitt Social Work Mentoring Week

January 23, 2023 - 12:00am to January 27, 2023 - 11:45pm

Happy spring semester, Pitt Social Work students!

We invite you to join us for the School's Mentoring Week, which is the week of January 23. Whether you have participated before or this is your first time, we are glad to have you join us!

There are two opportunities during Mentoring Week. You are welcome to participate in one or both. Registration is free but required so we can plan the best experience for you!

Opportunity #1: 1:1 Mentoring
Various times throughout the week based on your schedule

You will connect for one hour during the week with your mentor using the method of your choice: Pitt Commons messaging, video chat, telephone, or in person.

RSVP here and then please create and/or update your Pitt Commons profile by Wednesday, January 18. The Alumni Relations team will match students and alumni based on their profiles; we will introduce you to your partner via email on January 23.

Opportunity #2: Speed Mentoring Event

**Limited Availability**
January 24, 6 - 7:30 p.m. - Room 2017

Speak with alumni and friends of the School about their career paths. Guest mentors come from various fields, including health, advocacy, finance, law, and philanthropy. Light refreshments are available.
