Tell It Like It Is: Cultivating Authentic Communication in the Workplace- Now Online!
Honest communication the cornerstone of trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, yet many of us are socialized to hold back from speaking our complete truth if we believe it will make someone else uncomfortable. Participants will learn and practice tools both for offering and receiving critical feedback, minority opinions, and diverse perspectives. Consideration will be given to dynamics of power, oppression, and privilege.
