Short Description: In this interactive workshop, the presenter will engage participants in an in-depth discussion of the givens of existence that have been found to be related to suicidal ideation and share research and case studies about what helps people to reconnect to humanity. Included in the program will be an interactive psychodrama, in which the presenter will share her experience of being-on-the-other-side. Group discussions will include participants learning from each other as they share personal and professional experiences with suicidality. Participants will leave the presentation with a new lens on the human experience and the ability to challenge their fears about going WITH people through the dark place and into hope.
