  • University of Pittsburgh Graduate and Professional Student Resources - Pitt aims to provide a supportive community for its graduate and professional students through the resources offered here.
  • The Writing Center provides a place for all University of Pittsburgh students, faculty, and staff to come to work on their writing. The Center is staffed by experienced consultants who have been trained to help others with their writing. The services are free to all University of Pittsburgh affiliates.
  • The Academic Resource Center is a student’s one stop shop for the most comprehensive set of academic services available at the University of Pittsburgh. The ARC hosts Study Skills Workshops, Study Groups, and Tutoring in a great environment that includes study space as well as access to the PittNet wireless network.
  • Computing Services - The University of Pittsburgh has agreements with some of today's leading computer manufacturers to offer top-quality computers at discounted prices. That means Pitt students, faculty and staff can purchase computer systems for personal use at special educational prices.
  • Students who purchase a computer may be eligible to have an increase made to their Cost of Attendance. For each school year, purchases made after April 15 will be considered and receipts must be provided. The Financial Aid Office will limit the total amount of the cost of attendance adjustment to $3000.
