Professor testifies at PA House Committee

Helen Cahalane, Principal Investigator for Child Welfare Education and Research Programs (CWERP), testified in front of the House Children & Youth Committee on May 16 regarding CWERP's work in child welfare workforce development.  The hearing was held at the Child Welfare Resource Center in Mechanicsburg, PA, and is part of a series of hearings being conducted to explore issues in the child welfare system.
