New Center on Race and Social Problems course offerings

Cuban Social Policy Issues, which includes a study abroad trip to Havana. This one-credit course is taught by Dean Davis and Dr. Ralph Bangs and is open to Social Work graduate students enrolled during Spring semester 2014. Race and Social Problems, which is a three-credit elective for graduate students taught by Dr. Ralph Bangs. Class meets Thursday evenings at 6 pm during Spring Term. Every social work student, practitioner, and researcher needs an in-depth understanding of race and ethnicity in America, and this course provides it.

The Center on Race and Social Problems will offer two courses for the Spring 2014 term: Cuban Social Policy Issues and Race and Social Problems.
