Which Student May Apply?

  • Those students who have a strong commitment to a career in Integrated Healthcare
  • Those enrolled in the Direct Practice Concentration full-time for Fall 2016
  • Those enrolled in the Integrated Healthcare Certificate (IHC)
  • Have a GPA of at least 3.5

JUANITA C. EVANS FELLOWSHIP: APPLICATION DUE April 22, 2016

Which Students May Apply?

  • Those enrolled in Joint degree public health social work students in either the Direct Practice with Individuals, Families, and Small Groups (Direct Practice)
  • Those enrolled in the Community, Organization, and Social Action (COSA) concentration
  • COSA Fellows are awarded a $10,000 stipend during their Concentration Field

Placement year.

  • Direct Practice Fellows are awarded a $10,000 stipend during their

Summer Leadership Placement (which satisfies the BCHS 2503 Practicum requirement).

  • The Evans Summer Leadership Placement requires Direct Practice Fellows to complete

360 hours, approximately 26 hours per week during the 14 week placement from May 9th

to August 15th.
