Social Work Macro Practice: A Future Search Dialogue Dec 10, 2015, 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

As a stakeholder, and your voice is needed to help in reshaping our Community, Organization and Social Action (COSA) concentration for the coming years. The School of Social Work has begun assessing its MSW curriculum to prepare for its self-study and CSWE reaccreditation.  The Group and Intergroup Relations class is facilitating a future search dialogue to examine the past, present, and future of "Educating for Macro Practice in Social Work".  Opinions and ideas shared during this event will become essential external input to develop the school's curriculum for preparing for future managers and leaders in community organizing and development efforts, community and human service areas, and in the policy and advocacy arena that comprise macro practice.  Please, join in the dialogue.

Registration and light refreshments will be begin at 1:45 pm.
