Preserving Memories Art Exhibit Mar 28, 2014, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Reminiscing can be an important therapy for older adults who may be experiencing a loss of psychological and social functioning. On March 28 the Hartford Partnership Program for Aging Education will present the art exhibit "Preserving Memories," which highlights the works of Community Life & Loving Hearts participants.   The Preserving Memories Project seeks to create experiences to initiate storytelling, promote well-being through the power of art & reminiscence, & preserve cherished memories.

The exhibit will be open from 4-7 p.m. in the first floor gallery os Posvar Hall, located on Schenley Drive.  Light refreshments will be provided. More information can be found on the Pitt Preserving Memories Facebook Page.
