Which Students May Apply?

  • Those students who have a strong commitment to a career in Integrated Healthcare
  • Those enrolled in the Direct Practice Concentration full-time for Fall 2017
  • Those enrolled in the Integrated Healthcare Certificate (IHC)
  • Have a GPA of at least 3.5

Which Students Should Apply?

  • Students enrolled in the Master of Social Work/ Master of Public Health joint degree program
  • Students who have completed their Direct Practice Concentration Field Placement or will be conducting their COSA or Direct Practice Concentration Field Placement in 2017-2018
  • Students interested in building leadership skills that will span two different, but complementary professional disciplines
  • Students who have a strong commitment to social justice, the elimination of health disparities, and a holistic view of individual, community, and population health, including the connections between prevention and intervention from the individual to the whole population.
