MSW student receives award for his work with foster children Matthew Steiner received the Permanency Professional Recognition award at the 21st Annual Pennsylvania Permanency Conference in Lancaster on Wednesday. He works to find foster children permanent homes through adoption or reuniting them with their biological parents or other relatives. Read more
